Hey, I'm Ash - a mobile PT based in Perth with over 10 years of experience helping women and couples feel strong, confident and comfortable in their bodies.
I work with people at all stages of life - whether you're brand new to training, getting back into it after time off, navigating injury, or adjusting to life as a new mum. Wherever you're starting from, I'll meet you there.
I care deeply about the people I work with. You're not just a session in my calendar - I value your trust and your investment in me. I'll challenge you, support you, and celebrate every win along the way.
When I'm not with clients, I'm usually in the gym myself, out getting my steps in, reading a new book, or spending time with my family.
